The top level showcases a cavernous, open-concept kitchen completely outfitted for entertaining, with a huge island, natural stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, two fridges, a pellet ice machine, and a tankless water heater. The dining and living areas open onto a furnished covered porch, where you can savor gorgeous sunrises and ocean breezes.
