This condo has 1 queen bed, 1 Twin and 1 bunk bed(with 2 twins) and can sleep up to 5. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sands Beach Club, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are supplied in the beachfront condo. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with hot tubs! Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can appreciate live music by the beach and a great ambiance! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's fashionable attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!

- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):
Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
