Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and inviting main living space featuring a full kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room, the ideal place to gather after a long day on the sand. Just off the living area is a screened-in porch, a breezy, sunlit spot that’s ideal for slow mornings with coffee or calming evenings with a drink in hand. This level also includes a primary bedroom with a private ensuite bath, a bedroom with a Queen and a Twin bed, and another bedroom with two Queen beds. A full hallway bathroom adds additional convenience for everybody.



Downstairs offers even more room to spread out, with a second full kitchen and a roomy living room , great for winding down separately or giving kids and adults their own hangout spaces. On this level, there’s a King bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that connects to another bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a pyramid bunk (Full/Twin), making it ideal for families.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Home to the famed first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a handsome and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the impressive OBX beaches!
