This classy one-bedroom condo is located on the 12th floor in the North Tower. You’ll adore the handsome ocean view that this tower provides! This condo has been refreshed 1-2025 with all-new style furnishings, floor, paint, and decor for all the amenities of home. The living area has countless oceanfront vistas. The couch pulls out to a Queen-size (memory foam) bed.
The balcony looks out to the Atlantic Ocean direct ocean front.

At Seawatch, the parking garage is on the same side of the street unlike many resorts in the area! Please note that golf carts and trailers are NOT allowed on the property by Seawatch. Motorcycles are allowed from September 1 to April 30.

A parking pass will need to be displayed in your mirror once gathered from the unit.

There are plenty of suitcases carts available. Please return to the designated areas after use.
