This fresh one-bedroom condo is located on the 12th floor in the North Tower. You’ll adore the gorgeous ocean view that this tower provides! This condo has been modernized 1-2025 with all-new style furnishings, floor, paint, and decor for all the amenities of home. The living area has countless oceanfront vistas. The couch pulls out to a Queen-size (memory foam) bed.
The balcony looks out to the Atlantic Ocean direct ocean front.

At Seawatch, the parking garage is on the same side of the street unlike many resorts in the area! Please note that golf carts and trailers are NOT allowed on the property by Seawatch. Motorcycles are allowed from September 1 to April 30.

There are plenty of bags carts available. Please return to the designated areas after use.
