2026 Beach Restoration Update

The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project planned for Summer-Fall 2026. Although the final schedule has not yet been announced, the work is expected to progress in sections along the shoreline, so any impact to a specific area should be temporary.

We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and are happy to offer guidance based on your travel dates.

The separate media room is the ideal place for family and friends to play games and create memories. New ping-pong table and seating area just added to the garage space.

Primary Suite on main floor with enormous master bath featuring jetted tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities. Up to the second floor you will find a second Primary Suite, a third en suite bedroom, and 2 additional guest bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. Enormous porches span the entire front and back of the home on ever level to appreciate spectacular vistas of lagoon and feel the ocean breeze.
