We have rocking chair front porches and the covered grille area that is the ideal spot for a BBQ, where you can watch the sunrise or relax! New pool with deck newly installed in backyard. Savor the peekaboo ocean vistas and colorful beach homes with mature palm trees as you dive into vacation mode!
We are renting a 3 bedroom 2 full-baths home that is 1,400 square feet in size. The living room , kitchen, and dining room are all open concept. The home has a completely equipped kitchen with high end appliances and laundry room exiting to back deck. Appreciate your morning breakfast on either balconies or on our additional long farmhouse table. The homes amenities are picnic/BBQ area, rocking chair front porches, private outdoor shower, generously manicured yard and covered parking. Kick back and relax as your favorite show or movie plays on the 50 inch flat-screen cable TV.

In the North End of Carolina Beach, this appealingly located property gives you access to all the island has to offer. Just less than 2 blocks from the beach and a mile away to the boardwalk, where you can savor eateries, shopping, and entertainment in town after a day in the sun. You can always rent a golf cart at SunFun Units to get around the island.
A calming Saturday morning can be spent visiting the Carolina Beach Farmers Market followed up with a movie in the park on Sunday or shopping at local stores. Have elegant seafood eateries steps from the home for your enchanting vacation days.
Don't miss cruises in the marina, Carolina Beach deep sea fishing, and the carnival at nighttime, true once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The Carolina Beach Yacht Club & Marina is down the street as well as Freeman Park where you can drive your 4X4 car on the beach and go nighttime fishing/camping. Sea turtles and dolphins are frequently present in Carolina Beach. Or you can go horseback riding on the beach in the off-season.

** As of 2025, we installed a Pool Heater and it will operate late March through mid-October. Pool Heat is set between 78-82 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 65 degrees it can affect pool temp. Therefore, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pool heating fee in off-season per request**

Note - 6 Adults MAX (18 and over is an adult) & only 1 well behaved dog allowed (under 35 lbs) over nighttime. Please clean up after your dog to avoid an additional cleaning charge.

Policies:

- ONE well behaved Dog allowed under 35 lbs and a $150 non-returnable pre-paid pet fee. Must be home trained and on flea prevention. Not allowed on furnishings or upstairs.
- No events. No events/sizable groups. Quiet time starts at 9pm.
- Minimum renting age 25, and person renting must be present and on-site through the stay (no renting for someone else).

Supervision of guests:
It is the tenant’s responsibility to supervise all guests and ensure home rules are followed and safety is the priority.
- During High-tide or hurricane season, some of the streets near property may flood for a few hours but our property has yet to be impacted directly - good to know the weather in advance. Follow the detour signs when this occurs.

We want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 8 people (max 6 adults).

Carolina Beach was expanded drastically over the winter with the bi-annual restoration project.

Freeman Park (4x4 only) - this restoration is currently going on and targeted to be finished in early April.
