The Neighborhood:

In Landmark Resort, Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, appreciate walks on the beach, swim in the pools, onsite eateries! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's trendy attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars!



Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located in the back of the property; and no access to 40-foot-tall waterpark! There is also no access to the onsite Starbucks, food, and bar at the pool and mini-golf.



Note: Spa 1 is closed due to aesthetic chase above the spa needing to be removed.

Spa 2,3, and 4 are closed for leak detection.
