Tucked away on the first floor of Ocean Villa B at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, this cozily designed one-bedroom condo invites you to recharge & relax while you soak up the beautiful beauty of island life. Step inside and feel instantly at home! The main bedroom welcomes you first, featuring a plush queen-size bed, a TV with Google for unwinding at day’s end, and ample storage to make settling in an simple task. Twin bunk beds are also supplied which are ideal for the little ones! Just down the hall, the bathroom offers a tub & shower combo which is ideal for rinsing away all of the sand after a day by the shore. The epoch of the condo unfolds into an airy, open living space making you feel right at home.

The kitchen provides you with full-sized appliances and everything you could possibly need to prepare anything from beach snacks to family dinners. The inviting living area features a comfortable couch (and couch bed) along with a flat-screen TV and cavernous dining table for casual meals or morning coffee. Step outside on to the patio and let the view do the talking. Your private 1st floor patio is the kind of place where mornings begin slowly with coffee in hand and evenings melt into bird song-filled sunsets. During your stay, you’ll savor private WiFi and thoughtful essentials to keep everything painless and carefree, from fresh towels to convenient starter supplies. We also provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. It is located on the first floor of the building!

When it comes to fun, the resort really has it all. Spend your days relaxing by the island’s biggest pool, challenge friends to tennis or pickleball on the lighted courts, or discover the grounds by bicycle. There’s a playground for little adventurers, grilling areas for laid-back dinners, and plenty of space to simply relax under the palms. When you’re ready for a little island flavor, Jamaica Joez—one of Hilton Head’s favorite tiki bars—serves up invigorating drinks, a full menu, and a lively ambiance just steps from the pool and the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach.

Want to discover beyond the resort? The Breeze trolley stops right on-site and runs seasonally, making it easy to discover more of the island without the hassle of driving. The trolley service runs every 30 mins. and has a stop at the resort. It starts up in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.
