This beachfront condo is on the 11th FLOORING! 1115 with 1116 as a lockout unit and amazing vistas the ocean from the private balcony, Located in the North Tower at Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, this suite sleeps up to 6 people. It has modern cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, and granite countertops. Close to House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets, there are many pools at this resort and has direct access to the beach from the resort. Come see why we adore this suite!

This freshly refreshed unit is decked out with all the modern amenities: Four four-burner solid surface cooktops, a full-sized refrigerator, and modern faucets. Granite Countertops align the kitchen area. Welcome to your home away from home with a sizable balcony to appreciate the ocean view. Our one-bedroom direct oceanfront condo on the 11th floor sleeps up to 6, two private bathrooms, and 3 full beds. The modernized kitchen includes new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. The kitchen is also outfitted with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, silverware, a cheese grater, a cutting board, a can opener, knives, a coffee maker, veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area which includes a dining table with 4 chairs.

From the living area, you can walk out to the HUGE balcony and view the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air in the mornings! The bedroom has two beds and includes linens and pillows. The bath has a huge sink and a enormous garden tub.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

*Ongoing Beach Access Deck Project*
This project will be February 7th 2025 with an estimated completion date of March 28th 2025.

The North Tower outdoor pool plaster project is scheduled to begin 2nd week of February. This pool will have the coping, tile band and plaster replaced. Estimated completion date is March 8th.

The North Tower indoor pool & spa remain enclosed & open for the remainder of the winter season.
NOTE: No motorbikes are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st
NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated.
HOA Sea watch Pool Heater Schedule:

Spring 2026:
April 15th: Heaters turned on
June 1st: Heaters turned off
South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15
Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd

Fall/Winter 2025-2026:
October 1: Heaters turn on
December 1: Heaters turn off
Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater
Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10
North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.

All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.


NOTE: THERE WILL BE EXTERNAL WORKS IN NORTH TOWER BALCONIES STARTING DECEMBER 2ND. SOME AMENITIES SUCH AS OUTDOOR SPAS, VERANDA, & BALCONY MAY BE UNAVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed

They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.
