Welcome to FAMILY TIDES!! we want to invite you to savor our 5 bedroom, 5 and 1/2 bath home.
It was designed with families in mind and is less than a 1 min. walk to the beach access. We’re sure you and your family will make excellent memories here.

This is a reverse floor plan with an elevator to all floors. The entry level has 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with triple bunk beds! Yes, that's correct (check out the photos) sleeps 6. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's.
Also, on this level is a seating area with TV and a combination pool and air hockey table. Off the sitting area is a porch/balcony overlooking the pool area.

On the main or upper level you will find a charmingly designed great room with kitchen, dining and huge seating area. Also on this level is a queen bedroom and a king bedroom. The upper deck overlooks the pool area and has the stairway to the crow’s nest. The vistas from the crow’s nest of ocean and marsh are impressive. Sunrise from the crow’s nest is beautiful!

Not in the beach mood? No worries! Savor our outdoor getaway - lounge in the sun, play in the pool and appreciate a cold drink at the Tiki Bar all while watching TV. POOL HEATER JUST INSTALLED! There is an additional charge of $70 per day for pool heater.
