Spectacular ocean vistas! This 1st floor unit is ideal for a calming and

comfortable hideaway. The bedroom has a king bed with striking vistas of the

ocean and access to the balcony. The living room features a queen murphy

bed.-Linens are not supplied for the murphy bed, you must request them. Appreciate

the fresh ocean air on the balcony overlooking the North end of Carolina

Beach.

When entering the unit you will be met with a roomy living room space. The

living room space offers TV, and balcony slider door. Off the living room, you

are met withthe kitchen. It is well equipped with pots, pans dishes and

appliances, a coffee maker and everything you need to make a meal. Between the

living room and kitchen, will be a modest hallway which leads to a bathroom

with a washer and dryer in hallway area

The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe just

catch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. If the timing is

right, you will be treated to an definitely gorgeous moonrise over the ocean.

There are 2 parking passes supplied for the unit. There is additional over

flow parking across the street around the Salmon Colored building labeled

'Courtyard at Seascape'.



The pool is also located across the street between the 'Courtyard at Seascape'

buildings. There is also a smaller charcoal community grille outside the pool

gates for guest use. (Charcoal is not included).

This oceanfront properties direct beach access is closed due to beach erosion.

In front of the condo you will see limited beach space. This is due to beach

erosion.

Beach Access is currently Sand Fiddler Street/Periwinkle Street or Carolina

Beach Pier on the left side when facing the pier from the street.



Walk over to the Carolina Beach Pier to savor year round food and drinks. They

do occasional Holiday themed events ideal for all ages!



Savor Freeman Park where you can drive your 4x4 car onto the beach or camp

out for a nighttime! They are pet friendly year round and only a min. drive

away.
