The condo and the entire building are owned by a local family, making it a private and exclusive property. The owners have meticulously planned and considered every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. A peaceful place in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just 3 mins. from the beach and just off The Pavilion. It’s the closest property to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center (just an 8 min. walk)! Savor simple access to everything you need - beach, stores, food, mini golf and much more.

The location is within walking distance to everything you need and having a designated parking space also makes it easy to bring your car! It`s less than 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach Airport.

You will have full access to your condo as well as one designated parking space on property!

This unit is on the second floor, which is up two flights of stairs and a total of 16 steps. Please note, there is no elevator.

Pet Info:

Stay Policy: If you bring a pet please indicate on your reservation. There is a one time $100 pet fee per stay.

Beach Policy: Myrtle Beach accepts dogs on the beach May 1 - Labor Day before 10am and after 5pm. Beginning the day after Labor Day, dogs are welcome on the beach anytime!

Dog parks close by: New Town Park (6 mins.) and Myrtle Beach Barc Parc North (10 mins.).

**Any sign of a pet that has not previously been disclosed and paid for on the reservation will incur a fee in addition to the standard pet fee**

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CHECK-IN ARE MADE AVAILABLE ONLY AFTER GUESTS COMPLETE THE PRE-ARRIVAL ONLINE CHECK-IN WHICH INCLUDES A RENTAL AGREEMENT, IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION, AND SECURITY DEPOSIT. GUESTS WHO BOOK AND DO NOT COMPLETE THIS STEP WILL NOT RECEIVE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS OR A REFUND. OUR GUEST PORTAL IS A WEB-BASED PLATFORM THAT IS EASY TO USE AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY APPS TO BE DOWNLOADED. IT IS VERY NICE, EASY, AND USER FRIENDLY.


HOME RULES

> No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs.

> No events or events.

> No outside guests may stay overnight, only registered guests.


Cleaning and Damages

> Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in additional cleaning fee.

> Guests are responsible for damages.

> Guests must select either a returnable security deposit or a non-returnable damage waiver. The returnable security deposit will be held for 7 days post check-out and will be refunded supplied there are no damages. The damage waiver is recommended.



RENTAL AGREEMENT


1: RESERVATION INFORMATION

CHECK-IN

The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes early check-in is available and is easy to purchase on your reservation page.


CHECK-OUT

The check-out time is before check-out time on the last day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your reservation page. Late costs will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out.


EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your reservation page. If you have a need to check-in early or check-out late, you can also consider adjusting your reservation dates to be one day earlier or later so you have the place for as long as you need it.

NO REFUNDS

This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. There will be no refunds or compensation for: Acts of God, Mother Nature, acts of war or government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, power outages or water outages. Standard cancellation policies always apply. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.


2: ID VERIFICATION


IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Guests are required to complete check-in and provide a photographed copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and photo clearly visible and in focus. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. In the event that a Guest refuses to provide their valid, government-issued ID after making a reservation, the Guest’s reservation will not be granted information to enter the apartment and your cancellation of the reservation will be in accordance with the cancellation information on your reservation.


BACKGROUND SCREENING

We may obtain background reports from consumer reporting agencies or otherwise review publicly available information about you, including sexual offender registration lists or databases compiling information about criminal convictions. By making a reservation, you authorize the use of your personal information (including name, address, date of birth, or other identifying information) to obtain these reports, and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel, block, restrict or terminate your access to our services or reservations made or contemplated, based on our evaluation of such reports.
