Feel Bald Head Island like a local in this Freshly Renovated bedroom and 2 bath condo. The bedrooms feature a queen bed in the Master bedroom and two twin beds in the Guest bedroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and the guest bathroom is a shower/tub combination. The bathrooms have all the essentials, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. This handsome condo also offers wifi, Intelligent TV’s which are located in the living room and Master bedroom. The unit also comes with a stackable washer and dryer. * I also supply the washing pods and fabric softener for your convenience.

The kitchen comes entirely equipped with everything you need…plenty of pots, pans, cooking silverware, 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig coffeemaker with a selection of coffee pods. A basic selection of spices and cooking oil.

For getting around the island the condo comes with a 4 passenger golf cart or pedal round the island on the 2 adult bicycles. I also have supplied everything you need for the beach, (4) beach chairs, a beach umbrella and you will also find plenty of beach towels for your stay.

*The Royal James Landing condo offers the community pool which is very well maintained and kept during the Spring through early Fall season. If you have modest kids this will be their favorite spot. You will find charcoal grilles and picnic tables also in the pool area.

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Fisher State Recreation Area and Carolina Beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet?
