This cavernous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury duplex offers elegant ocean vistas from the main living area and gorgeous 180-degree ocean vistas from the rooftop deck. With seating for up to 10, the rooftop is one of the most appreciated spaces at Coco Bay. It is the ideal place for everybody to gather, sip morning coffee, appreciate sunset vistas, or watch the Carolina Beach fireworks in the summer.

Coco Bay also offers private parking for up to 4 cars, including a 2-car garage. For additional convenience, the home is equipped with an elevator, making it easier to bring in bags, groceries, beach gear, or anything else you need during your stay.

Ground Level

On the ground level, you will find the first master suite. This bedroom has a queen bed, Intelligent TV, ceiling fan, closet space, and a striking private bathroom with a walk-in shower and designer tile.

Substantial sliding glass doors open directly to the fenced-in backyard, where the picnic table makes a ideal spot for family cookouts, beach-day lunches, or calming together in the evening.

First Floor Bedroom Level

The second master suite is located on the first floor and features a king-size bed, Intelligent TV, ceiling fan, roomy walk-in closet, and a private covered deck that is ideal for appreciating your morning coffee or a peaceful moment before the day begins.

The private bathroom includes dual sinks and a handsome shower with floor-to-ceiling tile, giving the space a clean and relaxing spa-like feel.

Also located on this floor is the third bedroom, which has a queen bed, Intelligent TV, fresh linens, towels, and access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom is connected through the Jack and Jill bathroom and is ideal for kids, teens, or a group setup. This room features two twin-over-full bunk beds, sleeping up to 6 kids or 4 adults comfortably, along with a Intelligent TV, fresh linens, and towels.

A stackable washer and dryer are also located on this level for your convenience during your stay.

Main Living Level

The main level is bright, open, and designed for gathering. With ocean vistas from the living area, you can relax, prepare, eat, and spend time together while still feeling connected to the beach.

The living room features a comfortable sectional couch, additional seating, a modern electric fireplace constructed into a shiplap wall, and a mounted 65-inch Intelligent TV. It is the ideal spot for game day, movie nighttime, or winding down after a full day in the sun.

The half bath is also located on this level.

The kitchen is entirely supplied and ready for the chef in your group. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a huge island where everybody naturally gathers. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with 4 additional barstools at the island.

There is also a spacious butler’s pantry with plenty of room for groceries, snacks, drinks, and beach-week essentials. The microwave is tucked in this area as well, ideal for fast reheats, painless lunches, or popcorn for family movie nighttime.

Coffee Bar & Ocean View Mornings

Start your mornings at the coffee bar, then take your cup out to the deck and savor the ocean breeze. You can also follow the spiral staircase up to the rooftop deck, where there is seating for up to 10 and plenty of room to relax, take in the ocean vistas, watch the sunset, or enjoy a peaceful evening under the sky.

In the summer, the rooftop is a favorite place to watch the Carolina Beach fireworks.

Beach Gear & Extras

Coco Bay comes with everything you need for an simple beach day. We provide a beach wagon, 6 beach chairs, sand toys, and beach games so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the sand and waves.

After the beach, rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower before heading back inside to relax.

For rainy days or slower evenings, you will also find board games, puzzles, and books for all ages.

Fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hairdryers are included with your stay.

The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is just about a 10-min. walk along the beach. Appreciate eateries, local stores, ice cream, live music, amusement rides, and all the fun Carolina Beach is known for.

During the summer, Carolina Beach hosts fireworks on Thursday nights at 9 PM on the Boardwalk, a favorite tradition for both visitors and locals. You can also enjoy live music throughout the season and the Saturday market at the lake, where you’ll find local vendors, fresh finds, and a fun coastal community feel.
