Lower floor is a roomy open floorplan to include the Kitchen, dining area and family area. Family area has a queen sleeper couch and full bath. The entirely equipped kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops. The lower floor has a front porch with rockers and a bigger rear deck for calming. Home is only a 4-min. walk to the private beach access.  Beach Access is between 231-235 OBW: Leaving the home turn left, walk down the street to Boyd St. turn right, cross Ocean Blvd and walk through the tree lined arch onto the beach.  Homeowner provides a guest starter pack for each rental.  (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, dishwasher pods, etc.)  This owner makes sure you have everything you need to start your vacation.  Bed Linens, Beach/Bath towels & bath mats are included for all units.
