Mom's Gift is a handsomely remodeled duplex located on a peaceful street, offering both comfort and convenience for your Holden Beach hideaway. Totally refreshed inside and out, this thoughtfully designed home sleeps up to six guests and provides handsome ocean and Intracoastal Waterway vistas.

The upper level features two private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath and private balcony. The front king bedroom offers breathtaking ocean vistas, while the rear queen bedroom overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway, creating relaxing spaces to relax and relax.

The lower level features a cavernous open-concept layout with a completely equipped kitchen featuring new appliances and granite countertops, a dining area, and a comfortable family room. The family area includes a queen sleeper couch and a full bath, making it ideal for additional guests. Savor time outdoors on the lower-level front porch with rocking chairs or the bigger rear deck, ideal for calming after a day at the beach.

Guests are just a four-min. walk to the private beach access located between 231–235 OBW.

Directions: Leaving the home, turn left and walk down the street to Boyd Street, turn right, cross Ocean Boulevard, and walk through the tree-lined archway to the beach.

At ground level, the home offers parking for up to three cars, a private enclosed outdoor shower, a storage area, and a rear patio deck with a gas grilling area. To make your stay even easier, the homeowner provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for guest use.
