A short drive will take you to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and a host of other fashionable destinations. Additionally, you'll find a wide range of eateries, golf courses, and shopping options just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Uber and car rental services are readily available.



Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room, and smoking is stringently prohibited inside the room and on the balcony. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas within the resort, and we kindly request that guests adhere to this policy.



Please note that this is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room, and we ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home. Smoking, including on the balcony, is not allowed within the condo. Designated smoking areas can be found throughout the resort for your convenience.



To provide you with a seamless check-in experience, we utilize a code lock system. You will receive the access code on the day of your arrival in the welcome e-mail we send to you, eliminating the need for you to wait in long check-in lines at the front desk.



During your stay, you will find that we have supplied linens for the beds, towels, and washcloths. Additionally, we offer starter supplies such as trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper for your convenience.



For those looking to relax on the beach, you can rent umbrellas and chairs directly from the lifeguards.



Please keep in mind that as this is not a hotel, daily maid service is not supplied. However, if you want daily, bi-weekly maid service, or a towel exchange, we can arrange these services for an additional fee.
