Recently constructed Allison Ramsey bungalow that is this centrally-located between downtown Beaufort and Pigeon Point makes this the ideal spot to discover Beaufort. The Downtown Waterfront is 9 blocks (~10min walk) and Parris Island is a fast 12 min. drive. The home features an broad screened in porch, high ceilings and thoughtful touches throughout the home will put your mind at ease as soon as you arrive. We also include a Hunting Island pass with your reservation.

There are two enclosed bedrooms and an addition loft with a futon that could be used as an additional sleeping area.

Please park on Calhoun St. Only park on Charles St. when there is no parking on Calhoun (which is typically never an issue).

Right on the edge of downtown and Pigeon Point makes this the ideal location to discover Beaufort. Located in Pigeon Point road off Boundary Street, this neighborhood favorite offers an inviting and lush setting that features a enormous kids’s playground, picnic areas, public boat ramp and gorgeous garden spaces.

Car is best but you can rent bicycles. Uber and Lyft are very rare but there are some local taxis.

- If there’s an issue or something breaks, just let us know as soon as it happens. We are much more lenient if you do so.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. There is a noise ordinance between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Any type of event must be approved beforehand (typically not an issue, we just like to know). Also, huge gatherings, such as weddings and get-togethers, are prohibited unless specifically approved by the City.
- No family pets allowed without permission. If there is a pet on premise without permission, you will be charged $300 minimum.
- No smoking inside or you will be charged $300. It’s complimentary to smoke outside.
