Please do not be alarmed by my lack of reviews :-) I have been using a different site for the past two years and currently have 72 reviews and Superhost status there.

Ideal location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely simple access to both. Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Appreciate a drink in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Conveniences include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange. Cape Fear Museum and Carolina Heights are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
