The Space:

Welcome to heaven - this oceanfront condo will not disappoint! The unit located in Meridian Plaza - which is in downtown Myrtle Beach - many eateries, shopping areas, and attractions are close by. The unit features and unobstructed oceanview; so come on down and appreciate a memorable vacation!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.



Parking: **1 car limit** Simple access parking lot across the street from the building. Only 1 car is allowed. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator is available.



Kitchen: Totally supplied kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Oceanfront vistas. Sleeper couch.



Bedroom: Extensive space with king bed. Connects directly to the main area via hallway (barn door).



Bathroom: Located in the hallway



Balcony: Sensational unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool: Shared complex pools - indoor & outdoor! Indoor hot tub! Operation subject to HOA determined seasonal schedule.



Laundry: Guest Laundry is located near the indoor pool area. Laundry hours are 9AM to 11PM.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



A/C: A/C and heat. Set the temperature to your desired level!



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not the locked owner closest) along with the shared complex amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in a trendy section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a ideal trip.



- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 5.2 miles

- Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is about 1.8 miles

- SkyWheel Myrtle Beach is about 0.9 miles

- Myrtle Beach State Park is about 7.9 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have 1 parking pass and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.



No family pets. By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Max guest count is 4.
