Upper level has two bedrooms with new wood floors, walk-in closets, and a full connecting bath between master and guest room. Lower level has one bedroom, den, and full bath. For those with ambulatory issues note that there is not a bathroom on the main level. Handfinished concrete floors on the lower level with sizable den. 4-Seater golf cart (Included) and kyack is located in the carport. 4 bicycles are supplied in the rental. Amenity cards can be purchased for use of amenities on the island (pools, golf, eateries, marina, etc...). Lots of seating available on the outside deck with vistas of the marsh and waterway.
