The dining area features new furnishings and comfortably seats six, with an additional breakfast nook that seats four. The broad living area is filled with natural light, offers pretty vistas of the George Fazio Golf Course, and is furnished with all-new pieces. There's plenty of comfortable seating for everybody, along with a wall-mounted SMART TV with live TV, ideal for calming after a day at the beach.

One guest bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has been completely refreshed and includes a handsome tiled walk-in shower.
