If weather delays occur, the work will be moved to the following week, November 10 – 14.

The project will be finished in two phases:

• Phase 1: Units 1–9 and 20–30 - - to begin November 3rd, cars can return November 5th

• Phase 2: Units 10–19 and 31–39 - - to begin November 5th, cars can return November 7th

Vehicles must be moved from the designated phase area by 9:00 a.m. for each phase.

Complex Pool is open April 1 - September 30

Grills are not allowed in Fazio and there is currently no community grilling area. ( As of 8/19/25 )
