Our condo is located in Maison Sur Mer, which is considered Ocean Front Living at it's FINEST! This 2BR/2BA condo is extremely enormous and cavernous with covered balconies off each room. The balconies include handsome vistas that you can't find anywhere else in Myrtle Beach. The best Oceanside pools in Myrtle Beach. Game rooms and exercise room included.

The Space:
BED & BATH

With isolated split bedroom suites; The Master bedroom suite has a private bath with a walk-in shower, King size bed, dresser, two nightstands, walk-in closet, Flat screen TV with cable access, an upsized chair with ottoman and it's own private balcony complete with two chairs. The huge guest bedroom suite has a private bath with a walk-in shower, 2 Queen size beds with one nightstand located between them, dresser, one nightstand located between the two beds, walk-in closet, Flat screen TV with cable access and balcony access.

LIVING AREA

The living room is located with a couch, adore seat, one arm chair, end table and an ottoman, huge flat screen TV with cable access on our striking entertainment stand. Our Generous central living room is the ideal spot to kick back and relax while watching TV or appreciating the BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT side vistas, with access to the private balcony through the sliding glass doors and guest bedroom.

Other in-suite amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, sizable central living room, central air conditioning and heat, cable TV, Free WIFI. 4 Flat Screen TV's.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your meals in a modern and completely appointed full-sized kitchen with all stainless steel appliances - range/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, 2N1 Keurig coffee maker (makes a pot of coffee & single cup), toaster, blender, pots/pans & silverware which is supplied for your convenience and use.

Appreciate our wet bar complete with 4 bar stools, glassware, Flat screen mounted on the wall, modest sink and plenty of counter space.

When it's time to dine, appreciate our dining area or wet bar with balcony access & GORGEOUS ocean vistas to accommodate up to 4 guests. It is the ideal place to let the anxiety drift far away.

Maybe you would like to dine out for some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great eateries in a very short time.

Sip your morning coffee or Savor a nice glass of wine while enjoying the charming oceanfront side vistas of the sunrise or impressive sunset on our covered private oceanfront balconies over looking the GORGEOUS ocean. Complete with seating (2 chaise lounges with a table and 4 chairs.)

LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES PROVIDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size bar soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and numerous trash bags.

If the home/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Guest Access:
- Full access to the condo & resort

- Keypad Entry for self check-in.

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival roughly around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.

- You MUST obtain your 2 parking passes from the front desk upon your arrival.

PARKING:
Convenient unassigned open parking is limited to two cars per unit during the summer season. Parking permits are REQUIRED & Must be displayed in your car for the duration of your stay. Motorcycles, Recreational Vehicles, and Trailers are PROHIBTED by the Homeowners Association.

The Neighborhood:
Maison Sur Mer is located in the very fashionable Shore Drive section in northern Myrtle Beach. A short walk will bring you to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

-NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.

- Animals: NO FAMILY PETS are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.

- Events/Substantial groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Grand events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

ABSOLUTELY No PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Umbrellas and chairs can be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
