This comfortable condo features an open living space with a cozy couch and flat-screen TV. The entirely-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for meal prep, and the dining area seats 4. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with access to the second bathroom. The living room couch converts to a sleeper for additional guests. Conveniences include in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and a private balcony.

Guest Access
Guests have access to multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a exercise center, and sports courts. The beach is just a mile away, and Myrtlewood Villas also offers an on-site golf course and BBQ area.

Interaction with Guests
Self check-in is available with a intelligent lock. We'll communicate via phone, e-mail, or messaging for any questions or assistance. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and smoking and family pets are not allowed.

We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a peaceful and fun experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
