*2 Queen beds , 2 twin beds and 1 pullout couch in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Enormous balcony with impressive pool view.

*Sheets and linens supplied.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Family Pets are not allowed

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary. 2 parking tags supplied (there is $20 fee for each missing or broken tag)

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, gorgeous landscaping. 10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Please review my home rules.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
