Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Pool entry with magnetic pool fob and pool bracelets. The pool fob and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool fob will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelet by $20

* No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary. 2 parking tags supplied. Any missing tag will be accompanied by $20 fee

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Spectacular peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, gorgeous landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
