• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent with us. We do not rent to locals to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests.
• A signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel complimentary to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• Myrtle Beach offers a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Savor everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine, plus family-friendly attractions like the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, water parks, and miniature golf courses.
• The property is non-smoking, and family pets are not allowed. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to community guidelines, including respecting peaceful hours and using shared amenities responsibly.
