This handsome oceanfront home is just waiting for you and your family! Oceanfront is steps away with the marsh vistas across the street. Our beachfront is never busy! Home has been completely refreshed. Renovations include: LVP throughout, fresh interior paint, upgraded bathrooms, new HVAC, new windows and doors on the beach side of the home and a completely refreshed kitchen with modern finishes and stainless steel appliances. As if that is not enough, all of the furnishings is brand new including the beds! All outdoor furnishings is the high end Adirondack. Also, there are flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms to stream your favorite shows including a 70 inch tv in the living room.

The owner includes commercial grade beach chairs (6) and beach umbrellas (2) at no charge to the tenants. Savor playing cornhole under the home or in the enormous concrete driveway which has room for 6+ cars. New grille for 2026.

Outside you will find a saltwater pool with a new heater and Trex decking around the pool, boardwalk, and decks! The view of the ocean and beach strand is unmatched! This home offers 5 bedrooms (3K, 2F, 1BB, 1PBB) and 4 bathrooms. Occupancy is limited to 12. The pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week.

The owner takes great pride in making sure the home is extremely clean. This is done by having our own cleaner who is committed to excellence. This home offers 4 PM check-ins and departures by 10AM.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. There isn't any interior cameras or exterior cameras that monitor the swimming pool or outside shower.

Absolutely no family pets nor smoking or vaping allowed on this property.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
