Our guests have access to the following:

- Multiple pools (with one dedicated to the Brighton building)

While Vacation Rental By Owner guests do NOT have access to the pools at Embassy Suites & Hilton Hotel or the Splash Waterpark, you WILL have exclusive access to the Brighton pool and the Kingston Plantation Master Association pools...for access to a total of THREE pools during your stay! Note the access to the adjacent waterpark is not supplied with this condo.

Everything is included -- just bring your swimsuit and beach towel!

ABSOLUTELY NO FAMILY PETS, SMOKING, or PARTIES ACCEPTED. WE HAVE CHILDREN WITH SEVERE ASTHMA.
Note: In April/May there is some exterior work/painting happening on the building, you will have access to 2 other pools in case the Brighton pool is closed for safety.
