The resort is conveniently located just steps from the beach and is close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park. It's also a short drive from trendy attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Plus, you'll have the convenience of complimentary WiFi during your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Schooner building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite eateries (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids' slide area, or exercise center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

PET POLICY: Family Animals are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.
