Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. There is plenty of outdoor space to lounge by the pool in the shade or the sun and plenty of covered decking to soak up the ocean breezes. There are even partial vistas of the shining Atlantic Ocean from the street side deck and marsh vistas at the end of Shell Drive from the back deck. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open floor plan that features tons of natural light and cheerful decor! The sizable dining room table seats 6 comfortably and there are 4 more seats at the kitchen bar to appreciate meals together!
