Kitchen – Entirely outfitted with modern appliances, Keurig pod/pot coffee machine, and pantry storage.
Dining Area – Oval table with four upholstered chairs, seamlessly connecting to the kitchen and living room.

Spiral Staircase Entry – Leads to the second-floor piazza with comfortable outdoor seating. Note: The spiral entrance may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. An electronic hoist is available to lift suitcases and bags to the second floor.
