Bathroom 2: Stylish glass enclosed shower, tile floors.

Kitchen – Entirely supplied with modern appliances, Keurig pod/pot coffee machine, and pantry storage.
Dining Area – Oval table with four upholstered chairs, seamlessly connecting to the kitchen and living room.

Spiral Staircase Entry – Leads to the second-floor piazza with comfortable outdoor seating. Note: The spiral entrance may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. An electronic hoist is available to lift suitcases and bags to the second floor.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a refreshed dependency or a freshly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. -Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
-Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
-Guests must follow trash disposal instructions included by the host.
