Wake up each morning to a beautiful view of Blue Heron Lake and appreciate your coffee on the enormous back deck or the comfortable screened porch.  Both are ideal for calming, dining, or simply soaking in the scenery. Inside, the open living room invites you to relax with a 65" TV, plush seating, and plenty of natural light. The well-equipped kitchen and dedicated coffee bar make mealtimes a breeze, whether you're cooking up a feast or just grabbing a fast snack.Leave your car behind and jump in the supplied golf cart for a short trip to the beach.  Fripp Island has 3.5 miles of enchanting, sandy beaches, ideal for relaxing or playing in the waves.  Rinse off after a day on the water in the enclosed outdoor shower-complete with hot and cold water.  With three roomy bedrooms and two full baths, there’s ample room for everybody.  The first floor primary (only a few stairs!) offers a king bed and full ensuite bathroom.  Upstairs you will find a queen room and a bunk room that share a bath.Rain or shine, the game room offers entertainment for all ages, while the broad layout ensures plenty of space for multiple families to gather, play, and make memories together.
 FAMILY PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.Amenity cards are available for purchase and give you access to pools, tennis courts, golf courses, eateries and many of the nature center activities available on the island.  It is an additional cost, but as a long-time Fripp visitor, I think they are worth it!   We are thrilled to be able to offer them with our home. 
 
If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort conveniences, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
