Whip up elegant culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops and modern appliances, including two coffee makers (a Keurig and a Nespresso machine). Then, getaway to the welcoming living area and stream your favorite movies and shows on the sizable intelligent TV. The private covered balcony provides you with a magnificent spot to sip your morning coffee or invigorating evening drink as you take in the marvelous vistas of the lake and fountain. In addition, you will be granted access to on-site amenities, including hiking trails, a 36-hole court along the Myrtlewood Championship Golf Course with a driving range, and seven pools.

Take a walk on the trail included or discover further in the area with close by attractions such as Ripley's Aquarium, Hollywood Wax Museum, Broadway at the Beach (the biggest entertainment venue along the Grandiose Strand with many stores, theatre, nightlife, and amusement for all ages), go-cart rides, and beaches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
