Welcome to your own piece of heaven!  This impressive Lowcountry home, with a welcoming front porch, is set in a peaceful neighborhood, among the pines and palmettos.  A huge back deck will be your favorite for morning coffee and sunny days overlooking Blue Heron Lake and the marsh beyond.
This home features 18-foot, high vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows for natural light.  Open concept living including a living room with fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating is designed with coastal touches and casual spaces.  The sizable kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals including cookware, serve ware and more.  The peninsula provides ideal breakfast seating.  The adjacent dining room has seating for 6 and offers lake vistas as well.
Savor the sunroom, an additional living space, overlooking the lake, and grab your favorite book or just take a moment to relax.   There is also a desk for any remote work you might want to tackle.
The primary guest ensuite is delightfully appointed and has sliding doors that lead to the deck. The ensuite bath has a double vanity along with a soaking tub and separate shower.  This bathroom also provides a separate water closet.  All is freshly refreshed.
Along with the primary there are 2 additional guest suites, one is queen size and the other has 2-twins.  Each is gorgeously appointed, and these guest suites share a full bathroom.
Included with your stay is a 6-seater golf cart, the best way to get you to the beach and all the island has to offer.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
