Guests appreciate the pool at Richmond Park as well as the pool between North Hampton and South Hampton at the ocean (a few mins. walk) and also the pool at Arrowhead Court! Our home features contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and you go directly to our home - skip the check-in lines! Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!

Guest Access:
**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No family pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Guests can use the pool at the ocean between North Hampton and South Hampton Towers as well as the Richmond Park pool by our villa.
*Drip and keurig coffee makers supplied in unit.
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Motorcycle and trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA. They park in a designated lot near the entrance, and trailers are $25 per day.
*Golf carts are not allowed.
*Washer/Dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap supplied.
*Two parking passes supplied in unit. No additional passes will be included.
*Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
