This villa is located on the 1st floor of West Hyde Park in Kingston Resort. This ground floor condo has been remodeled with new floor, paint and kitchen. The bedroom has a King bed. The Villa has a handsome living / dining area and a entirely supplied kitchen. It features complimentary parking and complimentary high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Supplied (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $300 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and cycling trails around a series of modest lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with pretty landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 min. walk to the beach.
