Other Things to Note:

There is no smoking allowed in this room. Smoking is only allowed in the resort's approved zones. Please stay in these areas that are designated for smoking.



This condo is not a hotel room; it is privately owned. We respectfully request that you handle it with the same consideration and care as you would your own home. Please be aware that although we will try to resolve any difficulties as soon as possible, there is never a 24/7 staff member on site.



Observation:

Every fourth Monday of the month, there is an obligatory pest control schedule.

This is a non-negotiable; in order for the planned spray to take place, you must grant the pest control staff access.



Please Note: The pool that is partially indoors and partially outdoors is currently closed for maintenance. Also, Spa Villa is closed. However, there are numerous other pools available throughout the resort for guests to savor. To enhance your experience, the oceanfront pool is currently heated while the indoor/outdoor pool remains closed.



NOTE: Indoor pool is closed until further notice
