4. Primary King Suite:

Luxury Designed, Expansive Master Bedroom. Equipped with SPA-like handsome ensuite bathroom with 9 foot shower with freestanding bathtub, & double-sink vanity. The bedroom is equipped with a Sweetnight, premium hybrid bed, luxury linens, desk with printer & desk chair, Intelligent TV, and double glass door leading to huge, furnished, private deck with killer ocean vistas.

Bathroom ensuite with jetted hottub tub and rain shower, & double vanity. Just modernized. Bedroom is equipped with Sweetnight premium hybrid bed with luxury linens and plenty of pillows. Intelligent TV with multiple streaming apps. Sliding glass door leading to private, furnished decks with canal vistas.

Third Floor:

Luxury, sizable, entirely-remodeled kitchen equipped with every luxury guests could need to prepare gourmet meals or fast meals in between activities. Two pantries with half bath next door. Brand new appliances & FULL COFFEE BAR offering complimentary specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, bean grinder, milk frother, k-cups, French press, electric kettle & complimentary tea.

Dining Room:

Plenty of seating between huge dining table seating 8 with 8 additional bar seats. Sizable glass windows with impressive canal vistas. Just outside dining room is a enormous covered deck with 6-seater bar top table and two patio chairs with ottomans.

Living Room:

Professionally designed, modern coastal, open concept living room with vaulted ceilings. Living room features a full-size shuffle board, additional huge reclining sectional, large chairs offering plenty of seating for family or friends activities. Shiplap fireplace with 65” Intelligent TV and modern, linear fireplace (can be turned on without heat for ambience or with heater for cooler winter months). Full wall of windows and glass doors with wide ocean vistas. Just outside the living room is a large deck with seating for 7 around a propane, blue glass rock fire-pit.

Carport:

Plenty of parking, large outdoor shower, and storage closet with access to 4 beach chairs, cornhole boards/bags.

Backyard:

Guests will have access to the entire townhome and private backyard, pool and hot tub. Pool can be heated for an additional fee for $50 per day, which covers the cost of the propane to keep the water temperature warm. Please message us if you would like to add this feature on.

Additional Conveniences Supplied:

• All bed linens, towels, hand-towels for bathrooms & kitchen
• Household supplies from laundry & dish detergent, trashbags, 2 rolls of paper towels, & 10 rolls of toilet paper. For long stays you may want to bring additional paper towels and toilet paper.
• Beach Towels (up to 10 supplied per stay)
• Free snacks, bag of coffee, k cups, tea, spices, & more
• Throw Blankets & plenty of games for the family or friends
• Full-size washer and dryer with detergent included

We know how importance response time is to our guests so we ALWAYS have three eyes on the app so we can handle any needs as fast as possible. The guest guidebook also includes each's host cell phone number as well.
1. Up to 2 dogs allowed for pre-paid pet fee of $150. A third dog can be added for an additional $150

2. Checkout instructions must be followed or fee may apply to cover additional costs from cleaners. Checkout instructions are in guidebook.

3. White bath towels should only be used on body and not used to clean stains, makeup or taken to the beach. Damaged towel replacements may have fee applied.

4. All white linens with stains may be charged a fee if cleaners cannot remove stains. We charge replacement cost only and not additional labor trying to save the linens.

5. Dogs must be home-trained and crated while left unattended. Damage or urine stays could be charged a fee to repair or replace.
