You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. 3rd floor (must climb stairs), Striking and cozy condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*FAMILY PETS are NOT ACCEPTED

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, Very roomy condo. 1 Queen bed and pullout couch. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens supplied.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are NOT allowed
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.
* No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary. 1 parking tag is supplied (there is $20 fee for missing or damaged tag)
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.
*Please review my home rules.
*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
* No mailbox for this location.
*Family Pets are not allowed.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
