Located just steps from the beach, this charming new construction home on Ocean Isle's east end is professionally furnished and designed. With six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, this property is striking for big families or groups of friends looking to spend quality time together at the beach. The handsome pool and deck area at It's A Good Life At The Beach are ideal for sunbathing and backyard barbecues. Recently added hot tub!!



LIVING AREA:

The main living room is located on the top floor of this open-concept home with a reverse floor plan and has tall vaulted ceilings that provide an airy and roomy area to relax after a long day at the beach. Step through the additional wide sliding glass door to the back patio deck and savor vistas of the pool, the island, and even the beach! A sizable flat-screen TV and comfortable couch can be found in the second living area, which is on the first floor of the home. Additional items like pack n play, highchair, paddle boards and bicycles included!



KITCHEN & DINING:

The huge gourmet kitchen, open to both the dining area and the main living room, is ideal for cooking, meal prepping, and entertaining and offers plenty of counter space and storage. This entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, including modest appliances and other kitchen silverware. There is seating for six at the massive kitchen island with a gorgeous white quartz countertop and seating for eight at the dining table. Not to mention a 2nd refrigerator in the garage for more storage!



BED & BATH

This home provides space for everybody with six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. On the main level, there are four bedrooms. The cavernous first-floor master suite offers comfort and convenience with a constructed-in closet that makes unpacking a breeze, a private en suite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private en suite. The third bedroom has a king sized bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkroom. The bunkroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds as well as direct access to the shared bath, which features a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home. The bedroom on the top right has a queen sized bed (this bedroom does not have direct access to a bathroom; there is a half-bath located right outside the door in the hallway). The bedroom on the top left has a king-sized bed and a elegantly decorated bathroom with one-of-a-kind black textured tiles for the shower surround.



OUTDOOR AREAS:

Savor the spectacular vistas from the two levels of broad decks, featuring sun enjoyment and shade reprieve. Take a dip in the shining pool, surrounded by plenty of seating. Appreciate the all-new tiki bar under the carport, ideal for entertaining and calming, along with a freshly added outdoor bathroom, commercial ice maker, and a private elevator for effortless access throughout the home. The beach is roughly a 3 min. walk from the home to either the High Point Street beach access or to the beach access point at 391 East First Street. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after fun-filled beach days. Enjoy impressive sunrises and sunsets on the private east end of Ocean Isle Beach.



GUEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.



Electric Pool Heat: $75/day during the off-season



When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.



Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.

The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
