Futon located in master bedroom for additional sleeping. 4 bathrooms located downstairs. Upstairs (2nd floor) bedrooms- 3 bedrooms- 2 king size bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 full size bunk bed and 1 twin size bunk bed. 3 bathrooms upstairs. Intelligent TVs in every bedroom and living areas both floors. Elevator makes home handicap friendly. Ice machine to fill coolers for those hot summer days. Bed sheets and bath towels supplied. 6 beach chairs included.
