Within simple walking distance to the community tennis courts, community pool, stores, and eateries, San Souci is the ideal location for an Outer Banks vacation. On the first level, you will find a living area, with constructed-in seating and a ideal gathering spot for the kids! Also on this level, you'll find four generously sized bedrooms, two with queens, one with a double, and the third with two twin bunk beds, plus a shared hall bath.

The second living level features a cavernous great room with a log fireplace and deck access to the hot tub. The gorgeously equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating while the dining area close by has access to the screened porch and makes mealtimes indoors or out a breeze. The primary bedroom on this level has a private bath, deck access, and impressive vistas perched over the lake.

The elevated sitting area is the ideal place to curl up with a good book and hide from the rest of your event.
