* No hanging articles off balcony, or throwing things $500 fine
* No loud noise after 10 PM. $500 fee if security is called
* No Family Animals-$500 fee if family pets or pet remnants are found
* Minimum rental age is 25 years STRICT
* No trailers, campers, motorbikes, golf carts or RVs
