The Space:

Welcome to this glamorous condo! The unit is in Holiday Towers, which is charmingly located in the southern section of Myrtle Beach - just a short walk to the beach. The unit is completely updated and very roomy, so bring the entire family to savor this handsome view!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.



Parking: Painless access private parking lot. You will have 1 (ONE) parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: From the parking lot, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.



Kitchen: Recently updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes completely outfitted kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Generous family room area. Appreciate TV.



Bedroom 1: Extensive bedroom with king bed.



Bathroom 1: Freshly updated stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Cozy 2 queen beds.



Bathroom 2: Full bathrooms.



Balcony: Incredible place to relax!



Pool: Complex has a shared pool, hot tub, grille, and tennis court! Subject to HOA operation schedule.



Beach: Take a very short walk down to our striking beach. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



A/C: Central HVAC system with painless to use control panel.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex amenities (operation schedule up to HOA).

The unit is located in Holiday Towers - located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach.

Getting Around:

Guests will have 1 (ONE) parking pass and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, hot tubs, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cancellation Policy - refer to booking platform when reserving.



No family pets. . Max guest count is 6.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday.On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
