The ground floor renter's storage area includes a second refrigerator, charcoal grille, and other outdoor essentials to enhance your stay. After a fun day at the beach, refresh in the enormous outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Beach access is just a 3–5 min. walk away, located between 301 & 303 OBW. Savor great ocean vistas from the upper back deck and covered porch, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
