The palatial master bedroom features magnificant vistas, a private deck, a deluxe queen-size bed, a calming reading nook, and a humongous master bathroom, with a sizable dual-sink countertop and an upsized tile shower. The new kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, ample counter space, an induction cooktop, double ovens, and cabinets supplied to meet all your baking needs. The kitchen is open to the family room & dining area, so the family chef can savor the view and conversation while preparing meals. Flat-screen T.V.s are in all three bedrooms as well as the family room. The upstairs street-side bedroom features a queen-size bed and on-suite full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom features three twin beds with access to a full bath off the hallway. The utility room contains a full-size washer and dryer. Cabinets are supplied with board games, card games, books, and beach toys. A charcoal grille is located outside near the parking area.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

Guests need to bring their own towels. The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services.
