Exceptional and striking Beaufort historic waterfront home located at the tip of the Historic District on Bay Street, overlooking the majestic Beaufort River and Intracostal Waterway. The home is a very short walk from the Downtown Beaufort Marina and the many stores and eateries on Bay street.

This home has an inviting, roomy living room with a giant bay window that provides great natural lighting throughout. There is an enclosed sunroom/winter-garden where you can appreciate a book or morning coffee while calming and taking in the vistas of the Beaufort River and surrounding lush, subtropical foliage. The cavernous dining room offers a sizable table and seating for ten. The immaculate, modern and chic kitchen is entirely equipped and functional. Full-size appliances and plenty of counter space make for ease of making meals at home.

There are a total of four bedrooms in the home.

A guest bedroom located downstairs with a king-size bed, vanity table, private entrance and outdoor sitting area leading to the handsome enormous and spacious backyard. There is a shared full bath located downstairs as well, equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms.

One guest bedroom has two queen beds and a vanity table. This room also overlooks the courtyard out back.

The first master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, ensuite desk area and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities, and walk-in closets. You can savor immaculate vistas of the Beaufort River right from the bedroom and the desk area.

There is a huge covered deck off of the kitchen with seating, shade, a gas BBQ grille, and an outdoor sink. Ideal for appreciating intimate or family gatherings outdoors. From the deck, you can descend down to the courtyard, with a handsome water fountain and superb landscaping.
