Two blocks to reach the battery and the charming Ashley River.

This apartment was taken down to the studs and completely reimagined to include modern amenities while maintaining the historic integrity of the home. The apartment features handsome, exposed brick and tons of sizable windows that showcase marvelous unobstructed vistas of Colonial lake!
The home is elevated and you will ascend one flight of stairs to reach this first floor unit. Upon entering the main floor, you are greeted with historic appeal and loads of natural light from the sizable Broad Street facing windows. The open kitchen and living room is the ideal place to entertain! The living room features a comfortable seating area with a couch, chairs, and a huge, Intelligent TV. A enormous dining table with seating for 6, separates the living room from the kitchen and is the ideal place to appreciate a family meal, or use as a work from home space! The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, striking countertops, and plenty of cabinet space!
Just off of the living room and kitchen area is one the half bath. A few steps away, is first bedroom, with a queen sized bed, intelligent TV & a huge en-suite bathroom, with a large bathtub!
The second bedroom is just down a short hallway from the kitchen, and has a full sized bed, 65in Intelligent Tv and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have extraordinary closet space!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $500 upon signing the lease agreement.

Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
