You are an painless walk (.5 mile) away from Coligny Plaza, Hilton Head's hottest entertainment area. Coligny has over 50 stores & eateries including live music. Appreciate two on-site pools and our naturally landscaped walking paths! Please note - no cats allowed! Modest dogs must have prior approval before booking.

The Space:
This 3 level condo is set up for max. privacy for our guests. The main floor living area has a 60" TV along with a great kitchen and dining area. The second floor consists of a full bath and two bedrooms. The main has a queen and the other has a great bunk bed (full bottom bed and twin on top) along with another full bed. The third floor has the master bedroom with king bed and full bath along with a great balcony to savor your morning coffee. Each bedroom has its own tv.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire condo.

Other Things to Note:
Ready for the beach? A simple 3 min. walk and you are ready to appreciate our four beach chairs, toys, and wagon for simple transportation. No need to rush back to use the restroom. All guests are given the code to our convenient beach cabana! Some modest dogs are allowed with prior authorization. A $50 per nighttime pet fee must be added. Pet owner is responsible for all damages caused by family pets.
