The Space:
The main bedroom has an ocean front balcony with a king size bed
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds

Guest Access:
The guest has access to all that this resort has to offer. The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies) You do get two parking passes for parking in the parking garage. We are limited to only 2
The guest will be required to pick up their initial key at the office which is about a 10-15 min. drive from the resort

The Neighborhood:
Guests can get to the Market Common in just a few mins. which has tons of fun activities to do like eateries, bars, shopping, bowling, and the movies! The Myrtle Beach International Airport is also just a couple mins. away making your ride to and from your stay fast and painless (if you choose to fly in).

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bicycle or walk. However cycling and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
Our minimum age requirement to rent is 21 years old. This means that there must be someone 25 or older staying at the property during the entirety of the trip.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Units' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
